General
- Regular registration fees include a welcome reception on Sunday evening, all coffee breaks from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning, and the conference banquet. Student registrants can opt out of the banquet.
- The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings in electronic format (to be delivered online).
- The Regular Registration does not include Sunday Workshops.
- You must be a student and or Post Doc student at the time of registration to receive the student discounted registration.
- Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person by Friday, 10 January 2025. Any paper not linked to a registered person by this date will be withdrawn from the technical program.
- Workshops require a minimum attendance of 10 people. A refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
Every individual attending the event must register separately. A USD 50 fee for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges will be assessed. Registration payments must be received by Friday, January 10, 2024, to receive the advanced registration rate. After that date, the higher registration rates will apply. Refund policy: A USD 50 processing fee will be forfeited for any registration that is canceled on or before Thursday, January 2, 2025. No refunds will be issued after Thursday, January 2, 2025. The cancellation deadline applies to registrants with any reason for canceling the registration, including visa issues. Registrants who require a visa may wait to register later or onsite if the visa is not obtained before the cancellation deadline. A letter confirming that a paper was accepted may be obtained to support your visa application if needed. See the visa information posted at https://2025.nascre.org/visa.php.
Currency & Payment
- All registration fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
- Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your registration. The outstanding amount mentioned should be zero for your registration to be valid and completed.
- You are advised to have this confirmation in your easily accessible records should you need to present it at the registration desk at the conference venue.
- A fixed price of USD 40 will be charged for replacing lost badges during conference dates.
Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy
The conference enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No Show List," compiled by the Society. NASCRE-5 will not publish the "no show" papers, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings.
The conference's Co-Chairs will make exceptions to this policy only if there is evidence that the no-show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the authors' control and that every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted. The no-show authors may appeal the decision of the NASCRE-5 Conference Co-Chairs.
Refund Policy
All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund, after a USD 50 processing fee, will be given, provided the request is received prior to the last day of the Advance registration deadline.
Payment Details
- You may pay your registration fee by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.)
- Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline; if the payment is not submitted by the deadline for the fee applicable, the outstanding amount will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next registration period.
